Miller Scores 8th Goal in 10 AHL Games

JT Miller scored his eighth goal in 10 AHL games this season during last night's 6-3 Wolfpack lose to Springfield. Miller also had six shots on goal.

Danny Kristo added two assists, while Conor Allen did his best Danny Carcillo impression by getting into a scrap.

Here's video of Miller's goal, a deflection of a Kristo shot, and Allen's bout…

…from everything I'm hearing and seeing from Miller since his re-assignment, he probably shouldn't be in the AHL. He's bigger and stronger than most players in the league and seems to be easily dominating the opposition. Are there things he still needs to work on? Of course, but the competition is probably beneath him.

…the problem, as I mentioned yesterday, is there's really no room for him in the Rangers lineup. I mean, is anyone looking for AV to make a change right now? With Dorsett set to return from injury in a few weeks, there's probably even less of a chance for him to make an impact with the Rangers this season. Unless of course the crazy Carcillo shows up, then I'm pretty sure there's going to be an opening.

…btw, without Talbot, how awful is the Whale goaltending?
