It's no surprise that the Rangers recent resurgence has corresponded with the team finally becoming healthy. However, Rick Nash's concussion situation remains a dark cloud over the Rangers season.
The latest on his situation? "Status quo" is what the Rangers told Larry Brooks at the New York Post today.
And then there's this little nugget from Blue Jackets beat writer Aaron Portzline…

…to be honest, I don't want a status update on Nash because I don't think I'd like what I hear.
…it's been fun to watch the Rangers transform into a fast skating, aggressive offensive unit these last couple of games. But let's not kid ourselves, if the Rangers want to make a real run at the Stanley Cup they're going to need Nash. And right now, I don't think we can count on him returning this season. Which is real unfortunately, because I don't think there's any question that he'd be lighting it up in AV's system right now. Dammit!
