Pyatt Concussed; Moore Skates

After today's practice, Alain Vigneault confirmed that Taylor Pyatt has a concussion after taking a shoulder to the head from Fedor Tyutin on Thursday night in Columbus.

In much better injury news, Dominic Moore (oblique) skated with Rick Nash (concussion), Henrik Lundqvist and Cam Talbot before practice this morning.

…as I said in my recap Thursday night, this is the last way I wanted Pyatt out of the lineup, so this is a tough break for him. Sadly, we're all well aware that at this point there can't be a timetable for his return.

…Moore's injury is tough to gauge. Initially the Rangers said 7-10 days, but after a week they again said it was 7-10 days. As seen in baseball, oblique injuries are very easy to re-aggrevate, so I'm sure the Rangers are being careful with Moore. As I mentioned yesterday, I wonder if the Rangers are pondering a possible recall of Powe with these two injured.

Here's Vigneault post practice…
