Let's just get this first one out of the way. Henrik Lundqvist is back between the pipes tonight against the Sabres at MSG as he should be.
…Talbot's been great, but Ludqvist is the starter. Period.
Meanwhile, the Rangers announced that Dominic Moore will be out of the line-up for the next 7-10 days with an oblique strain and Brandon Mashinter will replace him tonight.
…and Steve Ott has officially been put on notice.
…assuming whether Mashinter stays in the line-up or the Rangers eventually recall someone from the Pack to replace Moore will have everything to do with his performance tonight. Huge game for the big man.
…Monster Mash on Halloween? I love it!!!!
Finally, Ryan Callahan joined his teammates for the first time at practice since breaking his thumb albeit in a yellow non-contact jersey.
Vigneault noted that it should be about a week to 10 days before Ryan Callahan can return to lineup, which the Rangers captain confirmed.
"It's extremely frustrating that I worked hard all summer to get back from that shoulder injury…felt good..then this happens"-Callahan

…so basically, 7-10 days before Callahan injures something else blocking a shot. Great.
No forward lines have been announced, but here's what I'd go with…
