JT Miller Passes to Himself

You know your 19-year old rookie is playing with confidence, when he has no problems busting out this move in the middle of a game…

…while I knew Miller was a talented kid, I never expected this kind of swagger and borderline cockiness from him. Absolutely love watching him fly down the ice tapping his stick for the puck. What teenager with just 15 NHL games under his belt does that?

…he is proving he can handle the heavy workload as evidenced by his strong play centering the second line in Richards absence and Torts has taken a liking to the kid which is always a good thing. Says a lot that Miller is getting the nod over a six-year veteran in Boyle who is pretty darn good in the face-off circle and the penalty kill.

…amazing job scouting once again by Gordie Clark. I don't think I was the only one who shouted "Who?!?!?!" when Miller was announced as the Rangers 2011 first round draft pick.
