Yesterday, Carl Hagelin sat down with Jim Cerny at Blueshirts United to discuss his rehab from offseason shoulder surgery…
"There was a little bit of a slow start, but the last three weeks (the shoulder) has been progressing well. I like where it's going. I'm really happy right now. It's fun to be able to do things you like to do. When you're doing all the rehab stuff it can get boring but now I'm more energized because I can do other things."
Here's video of the entire interview including shots of him skating hard during informals…

…great news! Loved watching the video of him flying around the ice. Was praying he didn't catch an edge.
…this will be Hagelin's third season in the NHL, so once he returns from the rehab I'm really looking forward to him being a more constitant player and taking his game to the next level (ie more scoring).
…hoping that AV uses him a ton on the penalty kill. Should lead to a ton of short handed shoring opportunities.
