So, on Monday the Rangers announced the pricing for the two outdoor games at Yankee Stadium against the Devils on Jan. 26, 2014, at 12:30 p.m., and the Islanders on Jan. 29, 2014, at 7:30 p.m. and let's just say unless you're willing to sell one of your kidney's on the black market you're probably not going…
…these two games at Yankee Stadium are going to be amazing spectacles but man, $229 to sit in the last row. Yikes! I don't even want to know the price of food and beer. At least you'll be able to get nice and sauced before the game while tailgating in the parkin…oh wait.
…while this would never happen because there's always going to be people willing to pay these prices, but I'd love to see fans revolt against excessive ticket prices one of these years by refusing to purchase tickets to any of these Stadium Series games, while having the season ticket holders who were forced into purchasing these tickets stay home. Again, never going to happen, but would be awesome to see.
…similar to the Winter Classic in Philadelphia, I will thoroughly enjoy these contests from the friendly confines of my couch.
