A night after the Rangers disposed of the rival Islanders, the Wolfpack (7-2-1) did the same to the Fishsticks' AHL affiliate the Bridgeport Sound Tigers by the score of 5-3.
The Wolfpack were again led by Danny Kristo who scored his seventh goal in 10 games as well as adding two assists.
Oscar Lindberg got the game winner, his second straight game with a goal, while Jesper Fast chipped in with two assists.
Conor Allen, Marek Hrivik and Michael Haley all scored as well. Allen also had an assist.
…seriously, how is Pyatt on the Rangers roster over Kristo right now? I know the plan is for Kristo to spend the year down in the AHL, but if Nash is going miss an extended period of time, I'm not sure how the Rangers organization can deny this kid a chance this season if he keeps this pace up.
Danny Kristo has been the best Wolfpack forward tonight. Two really intuitive assists from him. Really excited about his future.

…Lindberg, who struggled to get acclimated with the North American game early in the season, seems much more comfortable as he's produced three points (2g, 1a) in the last two games.
…while McIlrath (one assist tonight) is the guy most Rangers fans want to see recalled, Allen continues to impress. Gotta wonder if Del Zotto and maybe even Stralman continue to struggle if either or both of these guys might get a chance at some point this season.
Three Stars: 1. Danny Kristo 2. Conor Allen 3. Oscar Lindberg #hwp
