Larry Brooks at the New York Post reports that Marc Staal, who has been symptom-free for at least the last five weeks, has entered the next phase of his recovery from the concussion he sustained in February by beginning to skate on his own.
Staal, sidelined all season, skated at the Rangers’ practice rink yesterday and again this morning after having been cleared by the club’s medical staff.
…this just great effin news.
Brooks also has this piece on Sidney Crosby telling Staal not to rush back.
…maybe Crosby isn’t such a bad guy after all. lol
